First Wayland Job & Career Fair: June 28th 1pm-7pm

On Tuesday 28th June 1pm – 7pm the Wayland Partnership Development Trust is hosting it’s first Job & Career Fair at the Queens Hall in Watton in mid-Norfolk. This is in response to a need that has been expressed locally through our Jobs in Wayland Facebook page.  Our page has over 500 members who have registered looking for information on local employment opportunities.  From those members we have conducted a survey about how we can help them, and a job fair was listed as being a positive activity that we could put on to help people in the community.

The aim is to have representation from all of Norfolk’s key employment sectors, such as farming, healthcare, retail, tourism, engineering etc available for the public to talk to on the day. Confirmed exhibitors attending so far include Jobcentre Plus, local colleges, HM Forces, schools, recruitment agencies, large employers such as CentreParcs and Tesco as well as smaller businesses in our local area.

We have a few remaining spaces left and pitches are charged at just £10. To find out more please contact Ann Williams or Suzanne Rhind on 01953 880204 or complete the WATTON JOB FAIR 2016 – BOOKING FORM to guarantee your space.
